DISCLAIMER - I’M FOCUSED
This is not an exhaustive dive into what you’ll find when you search the word ‘neocatastrophism’ online or at school. I don’t care about that - there are so many ideas out there being presented to the world at this point in time that attempt to gatekeep the meaning of words and phrases to define them according to the antichrist Church of consensus cosmological assumption (big breath) or something else arbitrary. Visualize the foundationless pendulum of the House of the World - it is abjectly manipulated today. I’m sure you can name and think of many other examples currently where language and definitions are actively manipulated to shape conversation and narrative.
The House of the World will not dictate to me how I define new 'Neo-Catastrophism’ through an eternal perspective. I actually think of it internally as just ‘catastrophism' because in an eternal perspective connected to the Restored Gospel there is one continuous truth. But I feel a need to make this distinction, what I’m calling new neo-catastrophism is actually just old true catastrophism.
If Velikovsky in the 1950s(-1980) was dubbed the ‘Father of Neo-Catastrophism’ as we’ve read, the framework he began to identify and the questions he raised have taken on several new forms and forks in the past 70 years - but there is a generally unified movement of interdisciplinary scientists who are joining forces to reject the standard model of things and who have been inspired or affected by Velikovsky in some way or another. It’s pretty difficult to map it all out and so I’m not attempting to do that here comprehensively.
What I’m going to do is to point a laser focus on some of the things that I have encountered in my quest to seek answers about the Temple and symbolism and Restored Cosmism.
Things relevant to what we’ve been talking about and that have enhanced my understanding of the Temple, symbolism, the scriptures, and prophecy. These things I am excited to share have given me hope and joy and peace and perspective on the great judgments and blessings that are about to befall this Earth and the Gathering that we have been asked to actively participate in by the Prophet of God.
Fear Not!
But first - we continue to build, line upon line, brick upon brick.
AMERICA (EGYPT)
In my true identity I am a poet, a rapper, and a Latter-day bard at heart. I wish I could do it all day, teach and create and craft.

As a tool in my own efforts to control my mind and thoughts and to wrestle them to the doctrine of Christ, I use this poetry and music of my own device or heart and I craft songs that I listen to literally continue the self-programming I do in my personal studies.
It is my own forged and consecrated weapon that I share freely and with great anxiety - especially for the youth of today who are bombarded with an overload of Babylonian brainwash. I love the flow and rhythm and bass of hip-hop and electronic music - but I make my own lyrics and infuse them with the Restored Gospel and my personal studies. This is my true passion.
We are at a point in this story and paradigm where I can now share some of the lyrics without having to go into huge tangents to explain certain symbols or words or images I choose to paint together. Let’s test this growing eternal perspective on a song that thematically leads us into our discussion today - it’s a lamentation that I wrote in 2018 titled “America (Egypt)”.

The same themes that I have been methodically teaching here will become self-evident in my lyrics and poetry as we continue down this path of integrating a cosmic layer of the Gospel that is coherent and harmonious and evident in the language of prophetic tradition. I did it intentionally, as a reverse or intentional mind control tool as I’ve mentioned. It has proven itself to me already to be a very good fruit and I praise the Lord for my strange talents that bring so much joy to me and those around me.
Moving on though - we will continue where we left off last and fill out the picture of Immanuel Velikovsky just a bit more.

Predictions Verified: Venus is hot [870+F], because of a recent birth (“natal heat”)
Prediction Verified: Interplanetary Magnetic field - he was accused of inventing one, then it was discovered and they’ve assumed it without nodding to Velikovsky or his reasoning.
Prediction Verified: The Ancient civilizations of Mexico were older than believed.
“Dinosaurs will die” - ideas and resistance
Mariner probes = further confirmation:
Findings fit Velikovsky’s predictions and enhance his ideas re: Venus as the agent of Exodus catastrophes - Worlds in Collision - Venus is the main character.
The Retrograde (reverse) motion of Venus - or the fact it spins opposite the other inner planets is embarrassing for the standard theories of planetary evolution - but fits perfectly in Velikovsky’s paradigm.

Extend time out long enough - and you can explain everything.
Velikovsky was accused of ‘inventing’ the idea that interplanetary space was magnetic because his assertions of the movement of planets and the unusual events of the past required them. Pioneer 5 and the Mariner project vindicated him in this.
Discussion of Descartes's Theory of Vortices/Turbines being a rightful contender with Newtonian celestial mechanics and gravity.
Discussion of whether or not Velikovsky should have released Earth in Upheaval first before Worlds in Collision. Earth in Upheaval has geological and more ‘scholarly’ sources - and perhaps the backlash would have been different.
Astronomers refuse to revisit their foundations - “we are asked to swear on the Bible, but we are asked not to believe it”
He was accused of being a Bible fundamentalist - and he goes even further and says that even they would call metaphor what he has found evidence to be real, like the scriptures that speak of the mountains melting like wax. He found a cross-cultural witness - not just a story that supported the Bible, but them all.
Velikovsky makes the scientists mad - he makes the Bible fundamentalists mad (by explaining what they would prefer to remain supernatural as natural)
Talks\ about ash at the bottom of the ocean spread by a comet / also a study of the magnetism of rocks on the ocean floor proving that the terrestrial pole/axis has shifted or ‘wobbled’ or ‘turned over’ in the past.
Question - why do astronomers entertain catastrophe only if it is projected to be millions of years in the distant past? Velikovsky responds that it is evidence of the repression of these catastrophes in the memory of mankind. Mankind in Amnesia.
Mention of Venus being enveloped by hydrocarbons - he was sure of it based on the ancient records. He was vindicated.
I’ve watched this interview many times and I appreciate it more every time. All of these themes and questions and new perspectives with which to evaluate the past and the present that Velikovsky wielded so mightily completely lean into and along our Restored Cosmism measuring line. They have also inspired a movement of interdisciplinary visionaries, scientists, and warriors who are pushing the boundaries of the stale dogmas established by the House of the World as their ‘fixed point’ (remember the pendulum) - and the predictions and proclamations of these rebels are more in harmony with the voices of the past as well as the new observations of the present which are aided by a major boost in technology over the past 70 years since Velikovsky.
ANTHONY LARSON - LDS AUTHOR/RESEARCHER
When I found Immanuel Velikovsky and M. Garfield Cook as suggested by the Old Testament Institute Manual in my search for alternative explanations of Earth’s history that more aligned with a Restored Cosmism template, I immediately thought to revisit the book Temple and the Cosmos by Hugh Nibley (A must-read/purchase once you have caught the spirit of this cosmic paradigm). Before I set in to read and dig in - I browsed YouTube for any lectures by Nibley or remarks about the book itself from others I might take in to enhance my study.
This is the video that I stumbled across first - and I couldn’t look away. I’m not going to give commentary on these videos, they are here for you to enjoy and browse.

Although I only had interactions with Brother Larson through his Facebook group while he was with us, I consider him a major (virtual) mentor and influence. He boldly shared his studies and paradigm which tapped into these very things we have been discussing over the last several essays regarding cosmology and cosmism. I have gleaned so much truth and light that has enhanced and edified my own Temple and relationship with the Lord that I am forever grateful for the light that he brightly transmitted while he walked in the flesh. May we meet that day Brother Tony and embrace.

I point all this out to give you more tools to use and more sources to check for yourself. I want to share with you the journey - I can’t do it all for you - you MUST take the time to seek for yourself and put in the effort. Anthony’s footprint will help point you to important sources even if you disagree with some of his opinions as I do.
But this Brother and this channel sent me in so many directions. After watching his Temple and Cosmos presentation I quickly did a Google Maps search of the conference center to see with my own eyes.
Sure enough - clear as day, there it was.
I could not deny that it looked very intentional and penetrating. The more I thought about it - the more it burned in my heart that I needed to find an explanation for it. What does it mean? It was clearly built directly into the roof for a reason! What is the message?
I searched every Church website and publication and resource I could find and there was no real explanation or interpretation given. Not a direct one, and not one that I immediately found…
A form of this symbol is also intentionally apparent at the Vatican - with St. Peter’s Basilica at the base and entry (the ‘pearly gate’) to the stairway ascending up to the Throne of Heaven.
As you ponder and meditate on these shapes and their meaning - and as we will begin to dive further into an eternal perspective on symbolism, you will begin to see these symbols and their power manifested everywhere.
Consider the Joseph Smith Monument for his Birthplace.
While these 3 overhead examples may not look exactly alike to some immediately - the underlying archetype/s or shapes and forms and their positioning are the keys to parse and compare. This keyhole-type symbol can appear in many shapes and forms today - because it is primordial - our spirits remember it and we long for it, to return home to how things were before the fall - and it takes a true initiation into taking symbolism and the Temple and the Gospel seriously to really see it. A real conversion of heart - a desire that says, “I don’t want to find the symbols being presented on the Temples to me as merely curious or interesting - I want to know WHAT GOD IS TELLING ME”. That’s what was burning in me - it still continues!
NOTE: When I first found Anthony - I was very cautious and suspicious of potential priestcraft or some manipulative pyramid scheme like many Saints these days are prone to fall into, and when you go looking for alternative ideas - you will find them. This is why I have learned to seek and learn and study in the way that I am presenting to you, with a PLUMBLINE fixed to the doctrine of Jesus Christ and the current Prophet of His Church. I reject any and all things that anyone else may say that contradict my foundation in the Lord and my dedication to building up his Kingdom. There are some ideas of Anthony’s that I absolutely do not share with him as we get into the details of this new paradigm - so consider this my plea to you to never take my word or anyone else’s word at face value as truth or an ultimate answer. Always seek the Gift of the Holy Ghost and Discernment for yourself.
Anthony Larson pointed me in a direction where this symbol was explained, but by what he described as a group of “fringe” scientists and researchers at the “cutting edge of plasma science and technology”. This interdisciplinary group he pointed me to was the Thunderbolts Project.

SYMBOLS OF AN ALIEN SKY
Watch this full documentary - in my podcast/video version I will be stopping the clip and commenting throughout, so you may prefer to watch it first uninterrupted. It is full of information and topical rabbit holes - so don’t feel like you have to understand or comprehend it all after one single view. I have watched this many times and still enjoy rewatching it because I notice or pick up new things/ideas every time. This is part 1 of 3 in this documentary series. I will provide my notes below, but I encourage you to watch the video with my commentary.
NOTES:
Ask the question - have the planets always moved in the orbits they now move in? Why did the ancients watch the planets in fear? What about them inspired such reverence and fear?
In all ancient cultures - from Plato to Zoroaster, the Hindu Mahabharata, the Taoist teachings, and the Chinese Bamboo Books - their mythology is the story of the movement of the planets/gods in ancient heaven. Their dissolution and migration from a paradise lost or a former Golden Age.
Was the solar system once unstable in the past? Alive with electrical activity?
MONUMENTAL CULTURES: What did they build monuments to? Why? Why are they all similar? Were they all seeing the same thing? Did they all come from an original archetype witnessed? - they were obsessed with the past, to the age of Gods and wonders. All insisted that powerful gods ruled for a time - then went away.
Ritual as remembering - an urge to recover something lost [Sound familiar?]
All remember an earlier Sun God/King - who later departed [Think of our cosmic plumbline of the Earth being born or created near a different Star/Sun (Kolob) - with Adam being the chosen first King/Son of the Gods, created and once near unto the Celestial - fallen - redeemed by another Son of God and Star]
Egpyt - ATUM departs
Sumer/Mesopatamia - AN/ANU rules with terrifying splendor, then flees
Greeks - KRONOS (Roman Saturn) departs, replaced by ZEUS (Roman Jupiter)
India - BRAHMA rules - then he fades into the background
China - HUANGDI - The First Emperor, then bows out
Aztec - ŌMETEŌTL - first Creator Parents
Maya - ITZAMNA - he creates and then he transforms
REMEMBERING THE GODS: “The broad spectrum of cultural responses to cataclysmic events attest to the profoundly unsettling impact chaotic events in the skies may have had.” - David Pankenier
Through festivals and symbolic rites - the cultures remembered the lives of the gods. Every Temple, Sacrifice, Harvest, Installation of a King, Royal Marriage, every New Year Festival - the celebrants reenacted critical turns in the lives of the gods themselves. [Think about Nibley’s writings on the Temple Drama < read]
Who were the gods? And why did the early astronomers declare that the most powerful gods were planets? [This is the crux and pivot of idolatry - the confusion of hierarchy and the worshipping of some other god. Are planets alive and will they be deified/celestialized? YES - but they are not THE FATHER. Without the Revelation of the truth through the Priesthood - we would all be confused]
A common theme in comparative mythology is of ‘world ages’ passing violently from one to another - many other themes that correspond to the Plan of Salvation
DRAGONS IN THE AIR: An example of an unexplained mythical archetype or theme - is that of the serpent or the dragon. Remembered across every continent from the beginning of recorded history even through to today.
Characteristics: Long flowing hair, fiery breath, beard, twin whiskers, wings or effusive feathers, global occurrence as twins and in association with LIGHTNING. How could this dragon archetype come about without provocation?
All ancient cultures insist that our world was once a much different place
PLASMA FORMATION IN THE SKY: “Are all these legends a confused account of great events on a planetary scale which were beheld in terror simultaneously by men scattered everywhere over the world?”
This was ‘a myth-making epoch of human history’
An enchanted realm, the theater of venerated gods and goddesses
They were extraordinarily large and powerful
Their ‘celestial habitat’ towered over the world and was a model for Temples and commemorative Monuments on Earth.
But the gods grew ‘unpredictable’ - “one celestial power metamorphosed into another”
Strange new creatures that never were never seen on earth now roamed the sky
There was a war in heaven of violence between the gods - wielding weapons of thunder, fire, and stone
“Our challenge is to account for this outpouring of mythic content”
MEETING THE ARCHETYPES: “Past cultures worldwide often shared in a single cosmic vision, and we must not let our own present fragmented fields of knowledge hinder our attempt to recapture that vision” - Bruce Masse
Carl G. Jung called these universal deep patterns “The Archetypes” (the original pattern) - universal structures of the unconscious, lying beyond rational or scientific explanation. When the myths may seem incomprehensible - the archetypes offer a pathway through the confusion, they are the points of agreement between distant cultures. [This is the same technique I use in deciphering or recognizing symbolism, I break the symbol down first into its most basic parts - first the geometry in its most fundamental form. I’ll write more on this later because symbolic recognition and discernment are important, symbolism is the universal language.]

We revere and are fascinated by the monumental cultures of the past and the sheer size of the things they built - but what were their memories that drove them to be so obsessively concerned with the cosmos and gods?
Talented realist artists of the stone age - a contradiction. But why did they disappear? > the greater mystery is the epoch that followed where the drawings seemed to depict an alternate reality altogether. This happened on every continent.
There are distinctive patterns in the petroglyphs (later identified by plasma physicists as plasma phenomena [circa 2000]), what inspired them?
Anthony Perrat - Plasma Physicist (Los Alamos): confirms that the petroglyphs are in the form of plasma stabilities he worked with in the laboratory. Check out his presentation here (WARNING: it’s a bit technical at times if you’re unfamiliar with the language in the world of plasma - but if you just watch at first to take in the symbols and images and their correlations it will be worth it):

Our observations since Velikovsky’s claims have vindicated and pointed to his ideas - but the modern ‘fixed point’ of Babylonian science refuses to address their faulty foundations.
Velikovsky opened up a new interpretation of the mythic archetypes as a whole for David Talbott
The planet Saturn unanimously presided over the mythic ‘Golden Age’. Why? Saturn was also known as Saul/Sol or Sun - in Greek, he was also ‘Helios’. Paracelsus of the Alchemists also declared Saturn as ‘the best Sun’. Why?
The memory of Saturn though places the planet fixed at the center axis of the sky - or at the North Pole. Saturn was known as the Pole Star across the globe
Temples were built to Saturn (Saturnalia) and the day of ‘rest’ was “dies Saturni” - as Saturn rested, fixed in position over the central axis of the world and heaven (the unmoved mover). Christmas and New Year festivals trace back to Saturnalia and the ritual and symbolic harkening back to the previous golden age or Saturn’s reign (paradisical state).
Everywhere - Saturn was regarded as the FATHER of ancient KINGS and the founder of the NATION or RACE.
The Hebrew/Phoenician ‘EL’ is identified as Saturn and the Israelites are identified as Saturn’s children and renowned ‘Sabbath-keepers’ - the same way the Greeks invoke Kronos as their Father or how the Romans claimed to be the true descendants of Saturn through Aeneas
But there was a catastrophic end to the reign of Saturn where he fell to the opposite end of the world axis and ‘ate’ or consumed his ‘children’ in the process. This is known as ‘doomsday’ or the end of the world - when paradise was finally lost completely. Talbott presents it here as ‘trauma’ and this falls in line with Velikovsky’s mankind in amnesia hypothesis, where there is a fear that happened in the past will happen again - so the consciousness blots out the idea altogether, but not entirely (subconsciously - hence the ‘archetypes’).
This remembrance of Saturn as the “devourer of his own children” is why people anciently sacrificed their own children either literally or symbolically to (what the Thunderbolts only consider is) the planet-god Saturn - either as Moloch or as EL commanding Abraham to sacrifice Isaac.
Talbott’s book called The Saturn Myth reconstructed what was described in the past as “a gathering of planets” that loomed nearby in the ancient sky. Does this sound familiar to our cosmic measuring line? Yes! Note the similarity to the keyhole symbol on the conference center.
The cosmic ‘wheel of the sun’ is not what modern scholars surmise as a symbol for the current sun seen moving East to West in the sky - the ancient and primordial sun stood stationary in the sky and was often described setting upon an obelisk or a post or a pillar or a ladder or it was turned by a rope while resting on an altar or a table.
The spokes of the wheel (the rivers) are not spokes but fluid and etheric - moving and alive. Kings and ancient gods held a wheel in their hand or sat atop a wheel throne.
The wheel is 3 planets in conjunction - dramatizing the archetypes themselves
Talbott explains that the various texts describe the radiant streaming sphere as the planet Venus and the smaller reddish sphere as Mars - all set on the backdrop or face of Saturn. - the story of the ‘gods’ according to Talbott, are the story of what happened to these celestial bodies.
SATURN:
At this point, I want to note something very pertinent to all of this and the symbol on the Conference Center mentioned before - Did you know that there are SATURN STONES on the Salt Lake City Temple? Here’s a picture by architect (friend of the Prophets and a very symbolism-literate Saint) Truman O. Angell of the original design for the Salt Lake City Temple.
But do you see what symbol sits ABOVE the Sun-stones at the top of each pillar? It is the literal planet SATURN.
Ultimately the final Saturn Stones didn’t have such a blatant design as pictured above - but they were instead changed to be a squared circle with a ring around it (like a top-down… or bottom-up view of Saturn) and placed up higher on the 6 Priesthood pillars. A lot more inconspicuous, yet still expressing the same fundamental sign and symbol all the same.
You might still not be confident that those are Saturn stones - but sure enough, in this January 1978 issue of the Ensign in a section titled The Salt Lake Temple we can read:
Let’s also take a look at the April 1993 issue of The New Era Magazine for the youth. In a section titled FYI: For Your Info - we read this:
So you have a distinction between the stars, the moon, the sun - AND SATURN. Here it is explicitly stated (as I have at certain points already) that the Saturn Stones represent Kolob. Don’t forget that you have the Big Dipper also on the West side of the Temple pointing true to the North Pole Star (which we are discovering used to be where Saturn sat at ‘rest’ in his Heavenly Ark or Wheel Throne).
There are other Saturnian symbols as well like the All-Seeing Eye or the Clasped Hands, the spiral staircases, and more. To me, these types of correlations are tender mercies and further strengthen my testimony and genuine awe that Joseph Smith was exactly what he said he was - a Prophet of God with the Keys to the Mysteries.
The planets, in the beginning, weren’t considered as separate - but as one unity and a perfect conjunction.
The radiant (streaming/discharging) star in the middle was known as the female/mother/bride goddess - VENUS.
Venus would take on a terrible aspect and threaten the Earth.
Again - the people remember Venus as a COMET.
Mars is the planet in front of Venus - which intercedes for Earth in battle. Mars is the greatest of warriors and is irrefutably known globally for this. This shouts to us of unknown history.
This conjunction is also the prototype for the star-in-crescent motif. The crescent was light cast on the side of Saturn from what is now our current Sun. The crescent would rotate counterclockwise. When the crescent is in the position of the KA - with the horns/arms upraised, this is midnight.
Now, remember our Conference Center symbol - what time does the crescent of 9 pyramids (which is so perfectly placed) represent according to this insight?
Talbott calls this configuration of planets ‘the Polar Configuration’ since the planets all shared the same pole or rotational axis.
It went through several different phases/morphologies. The number of streamers changed repeatedly and the shape and structure of the group as well. Every change in position produced often dramatic changes in the appearance of the configuration.
THE ELECTRIC UNIVERSE - in 1996 is when a film of the planetary reconstruction according to Tablott’s work was produced, at this time Physicist Wallace Thornhill convinces him that his reconstruction is electrical in nature. That the streamers are plasma discharges. Their partnership is born.
In a radial electric discharge, the number and shape of the streamers/rays will vary depending on the intensity.
Talbott now had a physical cause and name for the phenomenon he had reconstructed - they were Birkeland currents that connected the bodies. Kristian Birkeland was one of the pioneers of what Wal Thornhill had been studying in what he called ‘the electric universe’. Stars and their systems and their galaxies on-up are all powered electrically through giant currents or ropes in space. JWST is now seeing these very clearly - cosmic ‘filaments’ that appear essentially cellular in structure.

This electrical explanation extends to the origin of bizarre landscapes on planets and moons that we observe. Electrical arcs (think: welder)
In an electric solar system, if two planets or moons approach each other from two different areas of electrical potential - an electric discharge will emerge between the bodies.
Consider how this potentially correlates to the Philo Dibble diagram
This discharge was known as the weapon and thunderbolt of the gods. It manifested in various forms. These forms match what can be experimentally replicated in a plasma laboratory. The Fathers didn’t make it up. They witnessed it.
The Hindu/Buddhist Vajra was the thunderbolt - and the sword and weapon of God. Across all cultures - the weapon was a flaming or lightning sword. This is partly why when I hear ‘the sword of the Lord’ or “a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life”1 in the scriptures, my mind is alert and receptive to a cosmic layer and interpretation.
Radiant representations were worn as a crest or crown by the King or Warrior in ritual - just as Mars sat in the lap of or wore the headdress of Venus in the Polar Configuration at some point. I’m reminded of this thread:
As the forms of the configuration changed - so did the sybmols which described them. The 5 stream/discharge formation was depicted as the ‘hand of god’.
The 5 fingers of the hand were the visible aspect of an 8-spoked wheel in a different phase. The ancients knew that there was a relationship between the sacred hand and the Wheel Throne.
This 8-spoked form = flower or plant of life symbolism of the Heavenly Throne. I’m not going to screenshot and combine all of the images in the video - make sure you watch to see more! There are hundreds of archetypes or versions of these sybmols that support this general idea and description of heaven and the ancient primordial ‘sun’.
In a 7-spoked configuration - yet another symbol and archetype:
The general idea is that as the planets moved and changed - so did the images used to represent them on earth > this is the Thunderbolts claim, that the movement of the planets is the reason behind the mythmaking epoch. My claim as a Disciple of Christ is that those underlying archetypes are eternal and based on Celestial Laws - that Christ is the ultimate archetype and the Planets are used to teach and memorialize the Creator, not the planets themselves.
WARRIOR HERO: Mars was the planet seated within the star Venus (wearing her as a crown) > he would appear to descend (condescend) down the polar column (or to the Horizon if it’s a discharge from some other body) as a spear or sword - the first phase or form of the Cosmic Thunderbolt.
The warrior-god was himself the sword or the turning pin or peg or mooring post as the center axis of the sky. Again in our Eternal Perspective, Christ is this central pillar and the Warrior of our Salvation - this Nergal or Ba’al (Apollo) is the idolatrous counterfeit based on a warped perception, or a foundationless decayed understanding of the Plan of Salvation. This same form is the ‘stem’ of the plant of life or the lower-limbs of he mother goddess in some traditions. It was also the protruding tongue of either the warrior or the ‘angry goddess’.
As Mars (in this example) [and I would say, “as any celestial body moves close to another from different electrical potentials” - because I beleive this same visual phenomenon can accompany other planetary encounters and does not strictly apply to the movement of Mars along a northern polar column - though I’m not denying that it happened as Talbott and crew have recreated], descends to a point where the symbolism is as the ‘Bull of Heaven’. Consider this in light of our ‘plumbline’ discussion.
When the stream from the passing/descending body reached the Earth - it appeared and took the form and archetype of a Great Mountain:
If this is Heavenly Conjuction of bodies was the Ancient cosmic Temple of Heaven or the ‘City of the Gods’ then this Mountain archetype is absolutely spot on. Think of how we refer to the Temple as the Mountain of the Lord.
The same crescent of the ‘Bull of Heaven’ is the upraised arms of the pillar gods of antiquity. Atlas held up HEAVEN - not the Earth. The archetypes are consistent across cultures - this is a testament to a base truth.
Talbott unleashes more archetypes - I’m not going to provide the photes here yet because I plan to do a full essay on the Tassel at some point: Conical crowns, the curling life-breath, the side-lock of the warrior-king (think of the tassel of regalia or Temple clothing), Samson’s hair, Repunzel, and more. When the side-lock or tassel or Gordian Knot is cut or disconnects or is separated, then there is chaos in the skies - the terrible aspects of the gods emerge to battle.
CHAOS SERPENT OR DRAGON: The descriptions of the mythic Dragon across cultures testify of a discharging Planet/Comet creating chaos and catastrophe. This was the plasma tail and streamers of such a body (like Venus) in most myths acting as a serpent/dragon/beast of the ‘great deep’ - it would interact electrically with Mars and the face of Venus so it would appear as the warrior (MARS) or in some cases other bodies doing battle with the larger planet and taking ‘wounds’ on behalf of the Earth.
In Egypt - the eye, heart, and soul of RA departed to become the fiery Uraeus serpent, rampaging in the heavens. The astronomical traditions and observations of the time confirmed that this serpent was the planet/comet Venus.
‘CREATION’: The movement of these planets in a spiral dance or whirlwind was called a type of ‘creation’. Here are a few archetypes you will recognize that can be traced back to the movement of the planet Venus an a ‘recreation’ or ‘reconstruction’ of heaven. (think of this in the context of the Old Heavens and Old Earth and a New Heaven and a New Earth, or the consecutive planet/world/Sun ages we have discussed). Archetype: ‘Serpent of Creation’:
The enclosed serpent’s throne or womb is the ‘motherland of the sky’, the expanded home of the Mother Goddess (Venus) herself. When we say ‘rayed spiral’ think of these images where individual rays or line segments protrude out orthoganally (electric/plumbline) symbolizing radiance and light. This enclosure is known also as the Oroborus. This enclosed place was the home of the gods - these evolving phases can be directly tied to the planet Venus in mythology and the ancient traditions.
The Egyptians knew that ISIS was both the ‘live-giving curl’ and the ‘revolving lock of hair’ - they were the same goddess. They recognized the light-bearing cosmic swirl of ISIS as the agent of celestial construction. Mesoamerica also remembers the creator plumed-serpent god as a rayed-spiral. [Side note: ISIS/VENUS + RA/MARS + EL/SATURN = ISRAEL]
FOUR STREAMS OF LIFE: The movment between Mars and Venus within the celestial enclosure produced 4 streams of light and life (think of the rivers of Eden) that emanated out from the center Heart/Temple. This celestial kingdom was watered by 4 streams or turned by 4 explosive winds - seen as a turning wheel in the sky.
This form was the archetype for all ancient cities - as above, so below.
As all of those outside of the Covenant are prone to do - Talbott presents the symbolism of Christ as an imitation or appropriation of the underlying archetypes. What I strongly proclaim and present in my eternal perspective is that HE IS THE ARCHETYPE. The world has it still in reverse. As I always do - I testify that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the true Lamb and Lion of Heaven - he is our PRIMARY ARCHETYPE from which all other archetypes flow. His aspect can be peaceful or wrathful as well as we’ve been describing - we confuse the stories when we pretend the Lord has a character designed after our own will and desire (the ‘Jesus of nice’ or NT v. Old false dichotomy: Jesus is of perfect character both with the Left and Right Hand).
Last archetype of this episode is one of the most pervasive of all world mythology: THE MOUNTAIN OF THE GODS. There is a consant theme all over the world of this idea of the ‘mountain of the gods’ being the support for the home of the gods also being the same post, pillar, tree of life, cross, axis-mundi, mooring post, the great millstone or winepress, etc.
Talbott finishes: “It is evident that the core symbols of the human yearning, suffering and devotion across the millennia, trace to the very events from which the first civilizations themselves arose. Now the question must be asked: if the great mythic archetypes are explained by events unknown to our world, what can the Electric Universe and the leading edge of Plasma Science tell us about the ancient experience?”

Thanks for sticking through this first introduction to what I’m claiming is part of how I see the New Neo-Catastrophism of the Latter-days. It will ultimately emerge that the ORIGINAL truth that Joseph Smith revealed about Cosmology and the history of the Planets will continue to be vindicated not only by the curious and meek, but also by obvservation by all - it first manifests on the fringe by those who the House of the World vehemently and with venom call ‘heretics’, ‘fanatics’, and ‘psuedo-[insert anything here]’. Velikovsky and the Thunderbolts group do not anticipate or predict the return of planets to near Earth orbit soon - but we know that untimely figs will indeed fall, and soon. Keep that very present in mind as you explore these sources and groups I’ve presented on your own.
I am grateful for the Gift of the Holy Ghost and the Gift of Discernment. I pray and invite you all to seek these two gifts in tandem with your pondering and seeking for further light and knowledge and as you contemplate the things which we have discussed here. As we move forward - we will test and try this expanding eternal perspective of planetary history. We will build on and test and try our newly discovered awareness of cosmic archetypes and their appearance in the Scriptures and the Prophetic language and tradition.
If this all feels overwhelming for you right now - GOOD! It should! The floogates of Heaven are opening for all to see! It is time to get to work and there is JOY in learning by the Spirit and through study!
It was overwhelming for me too initially - but in a good way, I am motivated and exicted to attend and visit the Temple as frequently as I am currently able. I am feasting upon the Scriptures as I work diligently to synthesize this new information to my Gospel understanding according to my Christ-centered framework. These are good fruits! The key is to stay firmly connected to the plumbline of the Lord having our vision fixed to the Holy Temple and our New and Everlasting Covenant over death. I know that Joseph Smith was everything that he said he was.
There is no way he could have guessed at the Temple. There is no way that the current leadership of the Church and those who construct our Temples are not aware of the Cosmic reality upon which the Atonement of Christ is fixed. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the one true and authorized Church of Christ on the Earth today in preparation for the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord and His Millennium. As we all expand our vision I pray that you too will rejoice in a more profound understanding and love for the Lord and the Plan of Salvation.
